Sheet Pan Pizza with No-Yeast Crust



This Sheet Pan Pizza with No-Yeast Crust is a quick and easy way to satisfy your pizza cravings. The no-yeast crust is simple to make, and you can customize the toppings to your liking. It's perfect for a family dinner or a casual get-together with friends.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/2 cup sliced red onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 425F 220C

In a bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt

Add the milk and olive oil to the dry ingredients, and mix until a dough forms

Press the dough evenly onto a greased sheet pan, forming the pizza crust

Spread the pizza sauce over the crust, leaving a small border around the edges

Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce

Top the pizza with sliced pepperoni, bell peppers, black olives, and red onions

Sprinkle dried oregano and dried basil over the toppings

Season with salt and pepper to taste

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing
