Ingredients:
- 4 oz sushi-grade tuna
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup diced cucumber
- 1/4 cup diced mango
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 8 tostada shells
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions:
Put honey, soy sauce, lime juice, and sesame oil in a bowl
This is the marinade
Cut the tuna into thin strips and dip them in the sauce
For 15 minutes, let it sit
Place the pan on high heat
Now add the tuna that has been marinated
Sear it for 30 seconds on each side
Take it off the heat and let it cool down a bit
In a different bowl, mix the mango, red onion, avocado, and cilantro that have been diced
Add pepper and salt to taste
Put some of the avocado mixture on top of each tostada shell
Tear the tuna into thin slices and put them on top of the avocado mix
Add sesame seeds as a garnish
Serve right away and enjoy!
