Ingredients:
- 2 lbs beef chuck, cubed
- 2 onions, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 4 cups beef broth
- 2 bay leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions:
Put olive oil in a big pot and heat it over medium-low heat
Add the garlic and onions and cook until they get soft
Put in the beef cubes and brown them all over
Add the tomato paste, paprika, and caraway seeds and mix them in
Add bay leaves and beef broth
Add pepper and salt
Bring it to a simmer, then turn down the heat and cover it
